Jerry McLaughlin

Jerry McLaughlin was born and raised here on the Coast. He is a Cal Poly Business graduate and a USC Management Program graduate, and licensed real estate broker. Jerry was active in senior corporate management, real estate sales and property management in our county for over 25 years. Jerry is no longer active in real estate sales and focuses solely on property management. Lic#00893551
Matt Gullage

Matt Gullage has been living on the Coast since 1993-originally from Simi Valley, CA. Matt is a Cal State Northridge Business Graduate and licensed real estate broker. Matt was active in corporate management, real estate investments and property management for over 20 years. Matt has owned and managed rental income properties for over 26 years, and now focuses solely on property management. Lic#01704480

Caleb is from Ventura, CA, and contributes to team operations and offers support across various functions. With many years of experience he brings a versatile skill set to the team.

Eddie Banks grew up in Kansas City, KS, and relocated to Southern California at age 16. After more than a decade in early childhood education, he transitioned to accounting. Now based on the Central Coast, Eddie brings extensive experience in property management accounting to the SloRight County Property Management team
Emilio
Administrative Assistant
Emilio is from the Central Coast and brings a strong blend of technical skills and problem-solving abilities to SloRight County Property Management. He coordinates the application process and supports IT needs. His background includes automation, documentation, and custom tool development using Google App Scripts. Emilio is passionate about growing his skills in technology, particularly in coding, data analysis, and business.

Brenda is a Cal Poly alumna who oversees the application department and Fall Housing. She manages the application process with property owners and supports the team across various functions. As a bilingual professional, she communicates effectively with a diverse range of clients to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Leasing Assistant
Originally from Chicago, Tom is responsible for lease writing. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Jessica
Administrative Coordinator
A San Luis Obispo local, Jessica coordinates scheduling and assists with the rental process, and tenant and owner relations. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her two sons

Kieran is one of our newest team members. He brings valuable experience and in-depth knowledge of the industry.

Jennifer joined SloRight County Property Management with a background in banking, administrative support, and loan processing. She enjoys working with people and is excited to bring her skills to the maintenance team.

Maintenance Coordinator
Matthew works closely with contractors and addresses maintenance issues as they arise. He also keeps property owners informed throughout the repair process.

Sean supports the team with showings and office tasks. He is currently studying studio art at Cuesta College and aspires to become a tattoo artist. Outside of work, he is dedicated to powerlifting.
