Owner/Broker
Jerry McLaughlin was born and raised here on the Coast. He is a Cal Poly Business graduate and a USC Management Program graduate, and licensed real estate broker. Jerry was active in senior corporate management, real estate sales and property management in our county for over 25 years. Jerry is no longer active in real estate sales and focuses solely on property management. Lic#00893551

Matt Gullage has been living on the Coast since 1993-originally from Simi Valley, CA. Matt is a Cal State Northridge Business Graduate and licensed real estate broker. Matt was active in corporate management, real estate investments and property management for over 20 years. Matt has owned and managed rental income properties for over 26 years, and now focuses solely on property management. Lic#01704480

Eddie Banks grew up in Kansas City, KS, and relocated to Southern California at age 16. After more than a decade in early childhood education, he transitioned to accounting. Now based on the Central Coast, Eddie brings extensive experience in property management accounting to the SloRight County Property Management team

Administrative Assistant
Emilio is from the Central Coast and brings a strong blend of technical skills and problem-solving abilities to SloRight County Property Management. He coordinates the application process and supports IT needs. His background includes automation, documentation, and custom tool development using Google App Scripts. Emilio is passionate about growing his skills in technology, particularly in coding, data analysis, and business.

A San Luis Obispo local, Jessica coordinates scheduling and assists with the rental process, and tenant and owner relations. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her two sons

Applications & Move-Ins/Move-Outs Specialist
Brenda is committed to excellence, bringing high energy and professionalism to her work. She recently graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and plans to attend law school. At SLORIGHT, Brenda supports the application process by sending and reviewing applications with property owners, and aids in move-ins and move-outs. As one of the bilingual associates, she is fluent in Spanish, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of people. Brenda is grateful to be part of the team at SLORIGHT County Property Management.

Jennifer joined SloRight County Property Management with a background in banking, administrative support, and loan processing. She enjoys working with people and is excited to bring her skills to the maintenance team.
