Welcome to Sloright County Property Management. We have a New Name-but the same trusted team.

Formerly operating under a different name, we are the same experienced team our clients have relied on for years.

With over 35 years of local experience, we continue to provide reliable, full service property management across the Central Coast.

Our team includes well trained property managers, maintenance personnel, accountants, home showing assistants, marketing staff and administrative assistants.

We work with local vendors to ensure fast, affordable service.

We're proud to continue serving the Central Coast with the same commitment to quality.

Property Marketing

Our online marketing includes professional photos, and your property will be advertised on some of the top local and national real estate websites. We use in house home showing assistants who do live showings. We seek and track feedback from home viewings and provide updates.

Tenant Screening

We carefully screen all applicants and we only select highly qualified candidates. We use income verifications, credit checks, and references to select great tenants for your rental.

Maintenance & Repairs

We have a talented in house maintenance coordination team. We are proactive with maintenance to avoid costly repairs down the road. We offer optional safety evaluations to help identify compliance and health and safety issues. We use local vendors who do good work for a fair price.

Rent Collection

Our software makes paying rent online easy. Our office is open for those who prefer to pay rent in person. We collect over 98% of rent due every month, and we have an eviction rate of less than one percent of tenants that we have placed.

Property Evaluation

We offer optional property safety evaluations. These safety evaluations use software that provides timely and detailed reports, including photos of items that need to be addressed (if needed). Our safety evaluator is experienced with both housing and general safety issues, as well as identifying preventative maintenance issues.

Financial Reporting

We provide monthly owner statements-along with receipts. We also provide year-end cash flow reports -that cover the entire year, as well as a year-end cash flow and 1099 document. Our statements are both accurate and transparent.
