SLO RIGHT COUNTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WILL BE POSTING FALL HOUSING STARTING MIDJANUARY 2026.

To be considered for our Fall Housing properties, be sure to follow the directions on this document, or your group’s application WILL NOT be considered.

HOW TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS

Gather all the required documents before you begin the online application.

You will need to upload these documents to your application:
Group bio page and Driver’s Licenses

1. Main Contact

Choose ONE person in your group to be the main contact person. Note this on your group bio.

2. Apply on the Same Day

Have your entire group (tenants & co-signers) submit their applications on the SAME DAY. The application link will be on the advertisements on our website and will say “Apply Now”.

Any full or part-time student will need to provide a cosigner. Cosigners also need to fill out an application.

3. Bios

Upload your bios to the application. Good things to include in your bios would be:

  • The school you attend
  • Your major
  • Your grade level
  • Extracurricular activities
  • How you know your co-applicants

The entire group’s bios should be on ONE PDF and attached to each applicant’s online application.

4. Application Fees

$40 application fee per applicant and $40 application fee per co-signer. This is a one-time fee, and you may apply to as many properties as you would like thereafter.

5. Applying to Multiple Properties

DO NOT submit applications multiple times.

Instead, email us at and include:

  • The names of your co-applicants
  • The property or properties you would like to add
  • Listed in order of most to least desired

Where do I find the properties?
Properties can be found at https://sloright.com/rental-search/. Properties available for fall housing will be labeled “Fall Housing 2026”.

How do I tour the property?
For “Fall Housing 2026” properties, your group will apply first and the chosen group will be contacted to schedule a showing time prior to any lease signing.

I forgot to turn something in! How do I edit my application?
Applications cannot be edited once turned in, but we can manually change it for you. Email any changes or attachments to and include your co-applicants and properties applied for.
